What we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

- Education details — university, degree, field of study, year of study.
- Application information — the roles and firms you are targeting, where you are in the recruitment process, and what you tell us about your current situation.
- Documents you send us — CVs, cover letters, written application answers.
- Correspondence — messages you send us by email, LinkedIn, or within our client community.
- Website data — basic technical information such as IP address and pages visited.
How we collect it
- Directly from you, when you complete an enquiry or application form, book a call, or send us documents.
- Through lead forms on advertising platforms, including LinkedIn and Meta, where you choose to submit your details to us.
- Automatically through our website.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange an initial call. Lawful basis: legitimate interests, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
- To provide mentoring services. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
- To send you information about our services. Lawful basis: consent, where required. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- To publish testimonials or case studies. Lawful basis: consent. We anonymise client results unless you have given us explicit permission to identify you.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations. Lawful basis: legal obligation.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as far as they need it. These currently include providers of email and cloud storage, scheduling tools, community platforms, payment processing, and advertising platforms. Each acts under contract and may only process your data on our instructions.
Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as UK International Data Transfer Agreements or adequacy regulations.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become clients: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Client records, including documents you send us: for the duration of the engagement and up to 24 months afterwards.
- Financial records: six years, as required by UK tax law.
Your rights
